The End of Month payload is part of the Mark Month End POST Endpoint

Payload
userGuid - from the Identity Import, should be Employee Number from tbuser
locationNum - Restaurant Number
businessPeriod - period date in the YYYY-MM-DD format
Acceptance Criteria:
Confirm the mark month end endpoint sends userGuid as part of it's payload
