Inactive Custom Counts are displayed on the history page

      Description

      1) Given that the configuration is set to true and the user has submitted a custom count
      - inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/MMS_HO_Configurationmanager.aspx
      - Mobile > Counting > Allow Custom Counts set to TRUE

      2) Set the configuration to FALSE 
      3) Navigate to m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/Inventory/Count/History 

      Expected Results The custom count MUST NOT be visible 

      Actual Result The page has not rendered correctly and resulted in a bug
