      Description

      CFA Testing - Monthly counts fail to create. Receive The requested Operation failed error for 2 stores in CFA Testing 00703 and 00713.

      Elmah log shows the following error (full error text attached):

      Can you please escalate as soon as possible? This prevents me from testing
