Report Portal - Generate Report green button is disabled.

      Description

      When user clicks select fields to generate report, the Generate Report button is disabled.

      Reproduction Steps
      Utilities>Report Portal
      View button
      Generate Report button disabled.
      select Supplier

      Expected Results
      Generate Report button enabled.

      Actual Results
      Generate Report button still disabled.

      Francois Steenkamp per our conversation this morning, it looks like the CSV default got dropped as a part of the deployment.
