SO - Alert - Add Case Threshold to Distributor Settings

This was implemented and mostly backed out. The resulting change made by this story was to remove the Create Metric Unit field from the Vendor page

This field was added for Canada item setup in 2019R1/R2, but in the end it didn't get used

Story
As a Supply Chain user in InFORM, I would like the ability to set a Case Threshold for a specific Distributor so that I can set a threshold for the order case check

Details

• Add a new field/change an existing field in supplier setup
• Existing field - Create Metric Unit checkbox
  • 
• Replace with - Case Threshold
  • 

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that the Create Metric Unit checkbox is removed /MMS_HO_Distributors.aspx
   • This filed was added, but is no longer used/the functionality using it never made it to Prod
   • Sree Surapaneni mentioned source code: ad0ca6f5 for the original changes
2. Confirm that the corresponding column in the database is removed/replaced/updated
3. Confirm that there is a new Case Threshold field
4. Confirm that the field only saves integer between 0 and 99
5. Confirm that by default all vendors are configured with a value of 0
   • A value of zero will be used to indicate that the case check should NOT be performed when placing the order
