2018.R4: Customer Count History: Cannot search on Custom Names (INF-11125)

Create some custom counts with names other than Custom1, Custom2.. etc. Navigated to Count History and when I search on those counts by entering the names in the search field, they are not found, However, when you enter "Custom Count 1" or part of that text string, the counts are identified, but not with the names.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Log into Mobile JAT
2. Create Custom counts or navigate to store 70049 Truett's grill
3. Navigate to count History:
https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/Inventory/Count/History
4. View the Counts created on Sept 5th- 6th
5. Search the Custom Count Type - 'Shift'

 Expected results:

count types should be found by entering the count name in the Count History Search field

Actual Results:

Cannot find the count by the Custom count name, but can find it with the work 'custom'
