Execute Test Cases

1. Make sure the customer is marked inactive in INform
2. The POS has not received the updated data
3. Use the inactive customer at the POS
4. The Customer is marked as inactive in Inform

1. Add new customer or find customer with $0 balance
2. Create TBC with that customer
3. Before TBC gets to Inform, Make customer inactive in Inform
4. Verify the customer is inactive on the MxC TBC page
