Sprint:CFAMX 2019R4 Sprint 2
When switching off suggested ordering at a store, and using a User Default Quantity (Default Order Quantity) and an Allocation, the UDQ/DOQ overrides the allocation and prevents the user from placing the order. (it is in error, but the user has to search to find the issue).
TESTING - Note this fails in Testing, but I cannot reproduce in JAT, so there is some difference between R3 and R4
- Testing
- Store 02693 - Allocation created for Bread, Flat Flax Seed (100074)
- Switching Off Suggested Ordering at the store level:
- Create Order > The Martin Brower Company
- Changing the DOQ to be less that the Allocation Max
- Create Order > The Martin Brower Company
As mentioned above, I could not reproduce this in JAT, in JAT, the lower of the two values is always selected.
- JAT
- Store 02693 - Allocation created for Bacon, Full Strip (7 cases per day)
- Create Order - The Martin Brower Company
- Switch Off Suggested Ordering
- Create Order - The Martin Brower Company
- Item Maintenance

- Create Order - The Martin Brower Company
- Item Maintenance > UDQ = 4
- Create Order - The Martin Brower Company
- Filter on Suggested Items
- Bacon, Full Strip
- Suggested Qty = 186, UDQ = 4, Allocation = 7
- 4 suggested as SO is Off, as UDQ < Allocation
- Clones
-
CFAMX-5409 Toggle Setting - When toggle is ON to display zeros for SO, a qty value displays causing allocation alert to display for allocation items.
