As a support team I want audit logging implemented for actions performed in the EOM UI so that I can support the solution after it has been rolled out
The audits here are when EOM writes to the DB
The EOM audits will fall under the existing audit category of Period Close.
Note: in order to appear on the Type dropdown in MMS_System_auditlog.aspx, the MMS user must have permission set for the Period Close category.
