Story
As a consultant setting up the EOM workflow I want the ability to make a task optional or required so that the Final Complete EOM task can be dependent on the completion of required tasks

- Add configuration setting to hide section(s)
Acceptance Criteria
- Verify that there is a new configuration setting, that will be used to hide sections
- Configuration Manager > Mobile > administration > Hide sections on End Of Month page
text - Enter a list of comma separated values of EOM sections to be hidden when the EOM page is loaded- By default this setting should be blank/null/not set
- Verify a section can be hidden at the store level, using the new configuration setting
- Verify when the section is hidden, the end of month page is not dependent on that section being completed
- Verify the section can be added back if needed.
- Verify multiple sections can be hidden.
- Verify that if a section is hidden, no payload is sent to CFA when the EOM call is made
