      As a third party I want to receive information about Food Donations so that I can import that date and report on it

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm when a Food Donation is applied, a call is made to FDC to send the message
      2. Confirm when the Web Service response is successful an audit log entry is created
      3. Confirm when the Web Service response is an error an audit log entry is created
      4. Confirm when the Web Service response is an error the Adjustment is still processed by InFORM
