As an operator I want the scroll area of the Item activity page to fill the whole screen to that I can see the maximum amount of records

- Confirm that the panel uses the maximum available real estate
- Confirm that the scroll still works when there are more records to display than fit in the panel
- Confirm that the panel scrolls on an iPad
- Confirm that if there are only a couple of records the panel doesn't scroll
