2019.R4(S3) MxC TBC: Credit message appears for the Wrong scenario

Environment: JAT 

Build: CFA - 19.4.0.2422
Store: 00198 - Northwest Arkansas Mall

Steps/Scenario:

1. Created a $51.56  TBC at the POS for Betsy Mobley who had a $50 Credit balance
2. Correctly did not display Icon with message
3. applied a collected sale with $1.56 (remaining amount)

Observe: Displaying the Credit message that this customer's balance (TBC) was covered by the credit which is not true. The remaining balance was covered by a collected sale.
