2019.R4(S3)MxC TBC: Add Customer Navigate away from Modal should act consistently

Per Sprint Review, when you navigate away from the Add Customer Modal, after entering data, the following scenarios should be handled:

1. Log out ^{Not available when a modal is displayed}
2. Back button of browser
3. Navigate to another page within MxConnect ^{Not available when a modal is displayed}
4. When clicking on the Cancel button (currently working as expected)
5. When clicking on the X to close the modal
6. When clicking off the modal, onto some other area of the page, thereby closing the modal
