As a support tech I want those items that have been updated by a user, as a part of a suggested count, to be flagged so that when I am providing support I know which items the user manually changed
Notes
- When viewing a Suggested Count, in Count History
- Add an indicator to an item, be indicate that the Suggested Qty was updated/overridden manually

- This may need to be saved as a part of the count, unless it is something that can be figured out on the fly when pulling back the data
- Depending on how this data is tracked, it may be appropriate to indicate when the user is entering the count, which items have been user updated
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm when viewing a Suggested Count that any items that have been updated by a user are indicated
- Confirm that those items that are true suggested values are NOT flagged as being user entered
