Transfer - Transfer History - Show Received By

As an operator viewing the Transfer History page, I want the user who received the transfer to be displayed so that I know who is accountable

Notes

• Update the Requester, to not show the user id, this may be covered under CFAMX-5686
• When viewed in landscape, display a new column, Received By
  • 
• When viewed in portrait, hide the Requester and display the Received By column
  • 
• When viewing the Transfer Detail page, replace the Requester to be Received By
  • 
• When viewing the delivery checks, change the label to be
  • Transfer Received and Delivery Checks Confirmed By
  • 

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm when viewing the Transfer History, the Requester field does NOT display the user id
2. Confirm when viewing the Transfer History page in landscape there is a new column, Received By that shows the name of the user who received the transfer
   • Confirm that the user id is not displayed
3. Confirm when viewing the Transfer History page in portrait the Requester column is replaced with the new column, Received By, which shows the name of the user who received the transfer
   • Confirm that the user id is not displayed
4. Confirm when viewing the Transfer details, the Requester field is replaced with the new Received By field, which shows the name of the user who received the transfer
   • Confirm that the user id is not displayed
5. Confirm when viewing the delivery checks, the label is updated to be "Transfer Received and Delivery Checks Confirmed By"
