Location Import - I-4 Service Method - Update Vendor Assignments

As an admin I want the Service Method Update Vendor Assignments to be updated to accommodate any changes required to for the assignment of multiple vendors in the location import

Notes

• Not sure if there is a change needed for this SM Task or not, I think that this task checks for participation in the InFORM Order Guide, if the store isn't participating skip the task
• This task runs as a part of the I-4 Import multi task
• It should not be looking at stores using the InFORM Order Guide
• However, this feature is not specific to only those stores
• I believe that this task makes/breaks the Vendor Entity Relationship based on the Vendor Entity Items assigned to a store
• In order for this task to support multiple vendors, CFA would need to pass us that data in the Vendor Entity Item Import
• 

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm when a Vendor Entity Item Relationships exist for a single vendor, that does not have a Vendor Entity relationship, that relationship is created. So if an item exists but does not have a vendor assigned, we assign the vendor to the store.
2. Confirm when a Vendor Entity Item Relationships exist for multiple vendors, that do not have a Vendor Entity relationship, that relationship is created. So if an item exists but does not have all vendors assigned, we assign all vendors to the store.
3. Confirm when a Vendor Entity Item Relationship exists for a single vendor but the item is discontinued, the job unassigns the Vendor from the store.
4. Confirm when a Vendor Entity Item Relationship exists for multiple vendors but the item is discontinued, the job unassigns all Vendors with no active items from the store.
