EOM Comments - Complete does not send a request

      Description

      Scenario -

      After typing in a Comment then saving it, the user then removes or edits the comment and clicks Complete.
      The request should be sent to the CFA or Swagger but this is not happening.

      Defect -
      Send request on Complete
