As an Operator entering Accruals and Reversals, I would like verbiage explaining what the accrual and reversal section is for.

Here is the wording we would like at the top of this section:

Accrue: Any amounts or percentages will be charged to your FCR/P&L this month.
Reverse: Any amounts or percentages will be credited to your FCR/P&L this month.
Reoccur Monthly: Select if you want to continue the accrual in a future month(s).

We need to make sure the current character length is big enough to accommodate the verbiage. I believe it is currently 255.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Confirm the verbiage for the Accrual and Reversal section displays the following for the user, "Accrue: Any amounts or percentages will be charged to your FCR/P&L this month."
2. Confirm the verbiage for the Accrual and Reversal section displays the following for the user, "Reverse: Any amounts or percentages will be credited to your FCR/P&L this month."
3. Confirm the verbiage for the Accrual and Reversal section displays the following for the user, "Reoccur Monthly: Select if you want to continue the accrual in future month(s)."
4. Confirm the section is localizable.
5. Confirm the character limit of the area is big enough to accommodate the verbiage
