Adjustment History Report - Write new SSRS report

As an operator I want an adjustment report so that I can see the history of the adjustments recorded at my restaurant.

Notes

• Do NOT display in MMS
• Do display in MxC
• Store Reports > Adjustment History Report
• Report parameters, to match the Adjustment History page
  • Date Range
  • Adjustment Type
    • Waste Adjustments
      • Raw Items
      • Finished Items
      • Food Donations
    • Samples
    • Giveaways
• The data in the report should essentially reflect the view of the data on the Adjustment History page
  • Date/time
  • Description
  • Item Qty
  • Reason
  • Cost
  • 

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that the report is available in the MxC Report Portal under the Report Group, Store Reports
2. Confirm that there is a date Range Filter (Last 7 Days (Default) Custom Range)
3. Confirm that there is an Adjustment Type filter, supporting the following options
   • Please select from list (Default option, a type must be selected in order to run the report)
   • Waste Adjustments
     • Raw Items (Indented under Waste adjustments)
     • Finished Items (Indented under Waste adjustments)
     • Food Donations (Indented under Waste adjustments)
   • Samples
   • Giveaways
4. Confirm when the report is run the data displayed includes:
   • Date/time
   • Description
   • Item Qty
   • Reason
   • Cost
5. Confirm that normal report headers are displayed:
   • Report title
   • Environment - Store
   • Generation Date
   • Date Range
   • Example:

6. Confirm that the data in the report reflects the data displayed on the Adjustment History page for each of the filters
7. Confirm when the filter type Food Donations is used, a disclaimer is displayed at the bottom of the report:
   • May be different to details displayed by FDC, due to changes made by the donation collection agency.
