      Description

      As a Product Owner I want the Multi Order Item filter, on the Create Order page, to be tied to the new config (CFAMX-5655) so that I only see it if I can correct the MO Ratio

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm that the display of the Multi Order Item filter is tied to the configuration delivered in CFAMX-5655
        • If the config is false, do NOT display the filter
        • If the config is true, AND there are Multi Order Items in the order, display the filter
