Change PMIX Export to Send One Refund Count Value

      Description

      A Refund Count value was added to the Product Mix export in R1 of 2019. Consumers of the PMIX data noticed that the Refund value was being accounted for more than once. We’d like it to be listed in the PMIX only once.
