SC - Scheduled Ordering - Ability to AUTO-CREATE a suggested order for specific items from within InFORM, and place automatically at scheduled time

      To be discussed Friday, August 9th.
      Further assumptions:
      For a store getting their chicken SKU's from a PDC, InFORM would create a suggested order at 10:00pm, JUST for pre-determined list of items. User could then make adjustments, if desired, and if not already submitted, this would be sent/placed automatically at 12:00am for fulfillment by DC.

      Notes from 8/9 discussion:

      What's there already with PO import?

      -Will: Scheduled Orders was built out couple year ago. Can import Order schedules, by distributor, for specific stores, saying when they can order/cut off time, etc. Enhanced a couple years go to make scheduled job. Instead of the import, we could create order using SO algorithm, can inject cutoff time, and automatically submit that order. Should still work/be good to go.

      This is done by vendor.

      All chicken items would be then assigned to PDC Distributor, via CFA setup through normal channels. So the suggested order is potentially an order of all items for that distributor, since only the chicken sku’s are being assigned to that distributor.

      Need HS to verify we can use this and STILL do normal Suggested Ordering for another distributor at same store.

      • Make change to Suggested Tab to not load by default
      • Display icon/counter on Suggested Order tab
      • Need to verify in non-prod prior to 2020R1
      • Should be config only
      • How will the schedules be entered? (Import / manual)

      From on site meeting

      • Need auto create job to check on whether an order has been already submitted within the last X hours
      • If an order has not been created, go ahead and create/auto submit the order
      • Display the scheduled order on the Create order tab
      • If we keep the suggested order tab, change the name to Scheduled Order
      • Prompt the user that a count has not been performed within the last X hours (configurable by vendor)
      • Need an order everyday
