EOM - Transfer Labor expense from one to many stores

      Description

      Summary - the logic checks the current store the user is logged in to in MXC. Checks the operator. If the operator has more than one store display the stores, if not display one.

      Scenario - User logs into 00048
      Selects EOM and Expenses to be transferred section
      Selects Labor/Wages
      Restaurant becomes enabled
      User should only be able to see 00048

      Defect - I see all stores now.
