Adjustment History Report - Date format & Giveaways

When verifying the Adjustment History Report, I found two discrepancies:

1. The date format displayed in the report detail is dd/mm, not mm/dd
   • Note: the header date format is correct

2. When running Giveaways, there is a rounding error on the Total between the UI and the report, even though the item level details match

   • Date: 8/1 - 8/1
   • UI Total: $146.47
   • Report Total: $146.48
