As an Operator performing my End Of Month, I would like a notification letting me know data has changed on the page but not saved.

Details
The Refills and Wage Accrual allow the user to enter data after the section has been marked Complete. The section is open until the final end of month process has been completed.
Currently, if a value has been entered after the section is marked complete, but not saved, no warning is generated notifying the user of unsaved changes.

Acceptance Criteria:
Confirm when a refill value has been entered after the section is marked complete, a warning is generated when the user navigates away from the section.
Confirm when a wage accrual value has been entered after the section is marked complete, a warning is generated when the user navigates away from the section.
