EOM > IOS Section Consistency and Cleanup

Story
As an Operator performing my end of month on a mobile device, I would like the sections to work in a consistent manner.

Details
This story is a cleanup story for addressing issue found on a mobile device (Ipad IOS 12).

1. Accrual and Reversals - when selecting the Amount field, the focus is shifted down and you cannot see what value you are entering.
2. Make all numeric and percentage fields operate in the same manner.

• Refills - currently using Ipad Keypad
• Expenses to Be Transferred - currently using MxConnect number pad
• Unpaid Invoices - currently using MxConnect number pad
• Wage Accrual - currently using Ipad Keypad
• Accrual and Reversals - currently using MxConnect Keypad.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm the refills section amount field is using the MxConnect number pad.
2. Confirm the Expenses to be Transferred amount fields are using the MxConnect number pad.
3. Confirm the Unpaid Expenses amount field is using the MxConnect number pad.
4. Confirm the Wage Accrual amount fields are using the MxConnect number pad.
5. Confirm the Accrual and Reversals amount fields are using the MxConnect number pad.
6. Confirm when the amount field is selected under Accrual and Reversals, the focus stays in the center of the page, so the user can see the field they are entering values into.
