No duplicate order message for Suggested (Scheduled Orders)

When manually creating an order for delivery at the same time as a Suggested (Scheduled) Order, the duplicate Order message is not displayed.

When performing the same test for two manual orders the message is displayed

Steps to reproduce

• I imported two order schedules for 00442, for:
  • MBM
  • Order date 9/20
  • Delivery Date 9/21
  • 
• I then Manually (via the Orders tab) started an order for MBM
  • First of all I received the Open Order Management, Unreceived Orders check
    • 
  • Click No
• Select Delivery Date = 9/21
  • Check two executed as expected
    • 
• Change Delivery Time to be 10:00AM, as per the Suggested (Scheduled) Order
  • The error message does not change, the Orders for the same day message is displayed, and the user can create an order with a timestamp that is a duplicate of an order that is already placed
• Existing (Placed) order
  • Order # 1921154

• Placing a new order for the same delivery date time
  • 
  • Order Saved As Draft
