Create Order - Delivery Schedule - Open Order Check not working correctly

When integrating the delivery schedule with the Open Order check, when a schedule is selected, either on page load or after, the Confirm button is active.
It should not be active until after the Open Order message has been actioned.

For example:

• This looks good:
• 
• After selecting a Delivery Schedule, the button becomes enabled
• 
• Clicking on the Confirm button, creates an order and takes the user through to the Order Detail page
