Sales Item forecasts are not updating

      Description

      I've updated forecasts for store 00198 from September 9 - September 18th and do no see any changes in the Sales Item forecasts.

      Also, navigated to the Sales Item forecast page and saved new forecasts for Biscuit with Jelly item . I changed the forecast to 2000 and clicked save, but the forecast does not update for biscuit mix.

      Eventually, I'm getting a "requested operation failed" with the attached elmah log.
