2019.R4 Automatic Deploy did not rollback R4 features to R3

      Description

      Either there were no rollback scripts for Order Schedule and Multi-ratio items or they were not executed as a part of the automatic deploy/rollback.

      See in the screen shot that the version is R3, yet the configuration for multi-order item ratios and Order delivery schedules exist.
