Story
As an above store supply chain user, I would like the ability to delete an allocation at the store level.
Details
Allow an allocation for an item to be deleted at the store level.
Once the supply chain user has selected a restaurant in the Allocation Administration page, a listing of all active allocations will be displayed for the day selected. This enhancement will add a new trash can icon under the Actions column.
Selecting the trash can icon for the inventory item will bring up a pop up message asking the user to confirm deletion of the record. Once completed, the inventory item’s allocation will be deleted for the store.
Example Mock Up Confirm Screen
Acceptance Criteria:
Confirm the Item Allocation Administration page has an Action column.
Confirm the Action field exists for all allocation items listed on that day.
Confirm the Action field has a trash can icon for each allocation listed on the screen.
Confirm selecting the trash can icon displays a pop up message.
Confirm the pop up message has a title of “Confirm Delete”.
Confirm the pop up message states “This data will be deleted. Are you sure you want to continue?”.
Confirm the pop up message has a cancel button
Confirm selecting the cancel option closes the Confirm Delete pop up.
Confirm the pop up message has a continue button.
Confirm selecting the continue button closes the pop up box.
Confirm the allocation selected for deletion is removed from the Item Allocation screen for the specific restaurant.
Confirm the allocation selected for deletion is removed for all dates in the future (delete all future periods for the allocation id).
Confirm the inventory item’s allocation still exists for all other restaurants the item was set up for.
Confirm the End Allocation Early for All Stores option still exists for inventory items.
Confirm the user cannot delete an allocation for a date in the past.
