As an operator ordering from the PDC I want InFORM to create a Custom Count that contains the PDC item so that I know what to count
Use Case
Stores will use the PDC Items count type to count inventory on a daily basis, this count will contain the 7 or so items that the PDC delivers. Counting on a daily basis will ensure accurate inventory levels when creating the suggested orders

Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that Custom Count 3 is updated for the PDC store, to be PDC Items
- Confirm that the PDC Items count is active
- Confirm that the PDC Items count contains the expected items
- Confirm that stores not identified in the script do not have a PDC Items count in place of Custom Count 3
- Confirm that Custom Count 3 can be applied
