SOW (Time Tracking) Project:44918

Work Type Classification:Sustaining
As a developer I want to better understand how counts are tracked at the item level so that I can efficiently implement the feature to display days since item was last counted
Notes
- There are some different count types, and some of them track differently to others.
- We need a consistent way to track that an item has been updated via user input
- Count types:
- Correct On Hand - User Input
- Spot, Custom, Daily, Weekly, Monthly - User Input
- Suggested Monthly counts - Some items are updated by user input, others are system generated
- UPT Daily Counts - These are auto/system generated count, that do not have user input
- Note from Will, that may be in completely the wrong direction! tbitemqty > iLastPhysicalInv_dt
- What updates this?
- Is this a field that we can rely on?
- Can we only update this the user entered count details?
- What separates User Entered counts vs system generated?
- ? Do we generate count location entries for system generated counts?
- ? How can we distinguish when applying a Suggested Monthly count that some items were updated by the user and some were system generated?
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that the processes around counts are documented to explain how to track that some counts can be user entered and some are system generated
- Confirm that any stories are written for work that needs to be undertaken to support better tracking of the last user entered count date
