MMS System Report - Store Reports

Story
As an Operator in InFORM, I would like store reports generated based on localization settings specified at the user and/or restaurant level.

Details
Reports found under the store reports group should generate based on the localization specified for the user. If a localization has not been specified at the user level, the report should generate based on the localization specified at the restaurant level.

Store Reports

• DLPS Configuration Catalog - Date Generated Field
• DLPS Store Calculations - Date Picker, Date Generated Field, Report Date Field
• Orders Not Received - Date Picker, Date Range Fields, Date Generated Field, Order Amount $ Field
• Raw & Finished Wast by Date Range - Date Picker, Date Generated Field, Date on Report Field
• Receive Detail Report - Date Picker, Date Range on report, Date Generated Field, Unit Amount Field, Tax $ Field, Extended Price Field
• Transfer Summary Report - Date Picker, Report Generated Field, Period Field, Transfer Date Field, Receive Date Field, Cost Field

Possible changes might be made to Controls, MMS Controls and Services.

The changes should accomplish the following:
The localization setting at the user level is observed first in the hierarchy
The localization setting at the entity level is observed second in the hierarchy
The localization setting at the global level is observed third in the hierarchy
The date format should reflect the localization setting specified down to the user level.
The currency format should reflect the location setting specified down to the user level.

Acceptance Criteria

• Confirm reports are generated using the date format for the localization entered at the user level.
• Confirm reports are generated using the currency format for the localization entered at the user level.
• Confirm reports are generated using the date format for the localization entered at the restaurant level when a localization value is not entered at the user level.
• Confirm reports are generated using the currency for the localization entered at the restaurant level when a localization value is not entered at the user level.
• Confirm reports are generated using the date format for the localization entered at the global level when a localization value is not entered at the user or entity level.
• Confirm reports are generated using the currency for the localization entered at the global level when a localization value is not entered at the user or entity level.
