As an admin I want to be see the last updated date on the rules page so that I can see which rule was most recently updated
Notes
- Add a new column between End Date and Actions column
- When in portrait mode on the iPad, hide this column
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that there is a new Last Updated column
- Confirm that the default order of the data displayed, on page load, is most recently updated (at the top) to the oldest update (at the bottom)
- Confirm that the column is hidden when viewing on an iPad in portrait mode
- Confirm that column is sortable
- Confirm that the date is displayed as a label in the column "Sep 24, 2019"
