As a user of InFORM, I would like the localization specified under the Employee Details tab to determine what localization is used for the employee.
Details
The localization selected on the Employee Details tab should determine the localization used when displaying time and monetary values for the employee.
The value will be written to tbuser
The field in the table should be CultureID
Acceptance Criteria
Confirm the value entered for the employee's localization is used throughout the system to determine how the date fields are displayed.
