As a user of InFORM, I would like the localization specified under the Entity Manager Trading Times tab to determine what localization is used for the restaurant.
Details
The localization selected on the Entity Manager tab should determine the localization used when displaying time and monetary values for the restaurant.
The value will be written to tbentity
The field in the table should be CultureID

Confirm the value entered for the entities localization is used throughout the system to determine how the date fields are displayed.
