As a user of InFORM, I would like the localization setting to determine how dates are displayed for the work flow.
Details
The work flow should observe localization settings specified for the user or entity. Any dates displayed on the page MMS_Manage_WorkFlow.aspx should be translated to the appropriate format based on the localization specified at either the user or restaurant level.
