CLONE 2019R4 - Multi Order Items - On Hand changes to zero when user updates multi-order ratio & PO qty and SO Qty are different values

On Hand changes to zero when user updates multi-order ratio.

Reproduction Steps
Create an order
filter to Multi Order Items
click on the multi order item
view on hand value and sugg qty in Suggested Details panel
Click multi order item icon
update the Order Ratio making sure it will equal 100%
Click apply

Expected Results
On Hand should remain the negative value
Suggested qty on PO should remain the same as Suggested Qty in panel

Actual Results
After ratio update is applied,
sugg qty updates in panel and on screen correctly
Actions>Save
Click View for In Progress order
Filter to Multi Order Items
Click on a MOI
On Hand = 0 and PO Qty and Suggested Qty in panel are different.
Issue: Suggested Details was saved but changed On Hand to zero. then qty for LARGE BISC MIX changed back to original qty before update.
