Suggested Count - User edited count not displaying icon

      Description

      The user icon is not being displayed for items which have been edited by the end-user.

      Reproduction Steps

      1. Navigate to Input Inv Counts
      2. Select Monthly Count
      3. Actions>Use On Hand values
      4. Select an Item (negative item)
      5. Update the qty field for location
      6. Click next item
      7. Search for item that was updated in the search field (it will have dropped down to the positive on hand section)

      Expected Results
      Icon displays to indicate user edit qty value

      Actual Results
      No icon displays to indicate user edit qty value
