Suggested Count - Inventory values are not being displayed in Location fields

      Description

      When using the suggested count functionality, the values aren't being populated in the location value fields (case, inner, unit). This is for positive and negative values. When Will displayed the functionality for the customer, it did display values.

      Reproduction Steps

      1. Navigate to Input Inv Counts
      2. Click Monthly
      3. Actions>Use On Hand Values
      4. Click on the first item then a few items

      Expected Results
      the system should pull in the neg suggested on hand value to populate the location qty fields

      Actual Results
      Notice that the system does not pull in the neg suggested on hand value to populate the location qty fields
