Erroneous Delivery Date/Cover Until Date when creating Order Delivery Schedule

Description

See video re-creation steps. Basically when an order delivery schedule is entered, and you click "Apply updates", it is shifting the user-selected Delivery Day/Cover Until Day and moving it backwards by a day.

Reproduction Steps
1. Go to Order Delivery Schedule.
2. Click "Add new Record"
3. Fill in all fields, and click "Apply Update"

Expected Results
Entered data should be what is saved and displayed back to user.

Actual Results
The Delivery Day/Cover Until Day that is stored and visible after save is NOT what user entered.

Staten Notes
I found the issue when doing the following:
1. Navigate to Restaurant 01613
2. Go to Settings > Order Delivery Schedule
3. Select Add New Record
4. Select Maines
5. Select Monday as Order Day
6. Select Monday as Delivery Due day
7. Select Monday as Cover Until day
8. Select Apply Update
9. The Delivery Due Date and the Cover Until Days will change to Wedesday.
