CLONE 2019R4 - Cashier Shift info does not appear in 'Cashier' section of TBC/Outside Sales page. Just the cashier name.

      Description

      Cashier Shift info does not appear in 'Cashier' section of TBC/Outside Sales page. Just the cashier name.
      Ring in TBC, click on the record when it flows to InFORM, observe the banner on the right of the screen
      Expected Results: Cashier name and shift number are displayed
      Actual Results: Only cashier name is displayed
