      User Story
      As a technical consultant performing a deployment, I would like a dashboard that shows server statistics.

      Details
      Provide a page which displays the following for each server (when applicable):
      App Pool Status
      Server Manager Status
      Report Service Status
      QRouter Status
      DLL Version

      The long term vision would be the ability to start and stop services from the dashboard.
