ACH configuration off - do not include any ACH logic

This may be existing, but when ACH config is off and when there was a previously entered ACH value, do not use it when calculating the Total Deposit for a smart safe store.

Notice here on 01919 when the config is unchecked and ACH does not display. We are still showing the $287 from the previously entered ACH. Yes this is an edge case, but the logic should exclude all ACH when it's off. Even if ACH was entered midway between ON and OFF.
