Delete order prompts displaying in wrong order for orders older than a day

This sprint defect is for AC #4

I created some Draft orders yesterday, 10/8, and forgot to test this functionality yesterday.
Instead, I clicked on them today, when I did, the new modal was displayed, but the order behind it was an order that should be deleted due to it's age, with no other option.

There are two checks:

• Check for Stale Order (this feature)
• Check to see if an order from yesterday has been placed

The order in which these check should be run is:

1. Check to see if a Draft order from yesterday has been placed, prompt the user to Delete the order
2. Check for stale order

However, something is amiss, when view an order from yesterday, I am seeing the Stale Order prompt , and then the screen is the other delete check

Actually, looking at this, there is an order that was created today, and it to is showing the wrong messaging/screen
