As an operator counting a multi order item (such as biscuit mix) I want any discontinued Vendor Items to be suppressed so that I don't see loads of old items displayed

- When an item is marked to Count as individual item(s), meaning display the vendor item as well as the inventory items, hide any vendor items that are discontinued
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm when an Vendor Entity Item is marked to Count as individual item(s), and there are no Vendor Entity Items that are discontinued, any vendor entity items that are marked as Count as individual item(s) are displayed on the Count screen
- Confirm when an Vendor Entity Item is marked to Count as individual item(s), and there is a Vendor Entity Item that is discontinued, that vendor entity items is not displayed on the Count screen
- Confirm that the Inventory Item is also displayed on the count screen alongside the Vendor Entity Item(s)
