Count - Hide duplicates records when an VEI is marked to Count as individual item(s)

As an operator counting a multi order item (such as biscuit mix) I want duplicate Vendor Entity Items to be consolidated into one row so that I don't get confused

• What makes two items duplicates?
• These characteristics
  • Same Vendor Code (e.g. 101621)
  • Same Case/Inner/Unit (e.g. 12/2.625 Lb Bag Case / 2.625 Lb Bag Case / Pound )

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm when an Vendor Entity Item is marked to Count as individual item(s), and there is a second Vendor Entity Items that has the same characteristics, only one instance of the vendor entity item is displayed on the Count screen
2. Confirm when an Vendor Entity Item is marked to Count as individual item(s), and there is a second vendor entity item that has the same Vendor Code, but different pack sizes (one or many), that both vendor entity items are displayed on the Count screen
3. Confirm when an Vendor Entity Item is marked to Count as individual item(s), and there is a second vendor entity item that has the same pack sizes, but a different Vendor Code, that both vendor entity items are displayed on the Count screen
4. Confirm that the Inventory Item is also displayed on the Count screen
