      As an operator I want to be able to access a new page using the same permissions as those used for the main collected sales page

      Notes

      • Add a new blank page, using the same permissions as those used in CFAMX-6662

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm that there is a new blank page, with a heading of Collected Sales - Apply Payment
      2. Confirm that this page can is accessed from the main Collected Sales page
      3. Confirm that that the Collected Sales - Apply Payment page, displays in MMS, accessed from the main Collected Sales page
      4. Confirm that that the MxC Collected Sales - Apply Payment page is available in Help Articles
      5. Confirm that that the MMS Collected Sales - Apply Payment page is available in Help Articles
